It makes your appearance more eye catching to others when they notice the contrast in fabrics as well as where the cut outs in the outfit are but that the fabric is taking over where you see the exposed skin. While you get to show off a little skin the ensemble is not so radical but at the same time it captures attention.

Modernized 50's Shirtwaist Dress
